Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Non-refundable, tickets cannot be rescheduled. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our tours carry a 110% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t absolutely love the experience, or even feel that it was too expensive afterwards, we will gladly refund all of your money… plus a little extra. In the event that you miss the tour due to schedule conflicts or otherwise, there are no refunds.

Tour is seriously not advised for children under 12

You should book a private family tour with us instead so we can better tailor the tour — including no swearing or avoiding sexual content. While children are allowed to come along on this public tour, the content is geared towards adults and adult themes. Bringing a child is ultimately up to the discretion of the parents.

We post cool pictures on Facebook!

Your Museum Hack guide may photograph you and put the pictures on our Facebook, Twitter, or blog. If you do not want to be photographed, let us know and we are happy to keep the pictures private. By purchasing your ticket, you are releasing Museum Hack from any liability for photographing you in conjunction with the tour, and from using your likeness in all media for all purposes in perpetuity.
