Then they will turn their cameras back on, and both participants will have to spot the difference in their partner’s setting. 3. Situations

Situations is one of the best free online activities for leadership and team building. In this game, you divide the participants into two groups and separate players into breakout rooms. Then, you will give all teams the same hypothetical problem with a time limit. During that time, the participants must discuss the issue and come up with possible solutions.

For example:

  • The company needs to hire a new sales representative, and two candidates make the final round. To choose one final hire, what questions should we ask in the interview?
  • The company gets a profitable contract with a short deadline. What should the employees do to complete it on time?
