Tours will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, at 11:00am and 2:30pm. With intimate groups of eight guests at a time, attendees will be taken on a intimate and fast paced tour of one of America’s largest art galleries, finding out the secrets behind some of the National Gallery’s most treasured pieces.

“Museum Hack was created for people who don’t like museums. Washington is a hotspot of some of the nation’s best museums– it’s ripe for a hack! The National Gallery is full of crazy stories and fascinating pieces of art. If you’ve ever thought that art galleries were boring- check out this tour, we’re going to change your mind.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every two hour adventure. Each tour is a interactive narrative complete with selfies, hashtags, and juicy behind the scenes gossip. Did you know that the only surviving Leonardo De Vinci painting in the Western Hemisphere is at the National Gallery? We’ve got the crazy backstory.

National Gallery tour group

The National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC is a world-class art gallery that has one of the largest collections of masterpieces in the world. The gallery is home to a massive collection of paintings by Italian Renaissance painters, as well as by Dutch and Spanish Baroque and French Rococo artists. The collection includes works by the world’s most famous artists: Picasso, Rembrandt, Raphael, Monet, Van Gogh, and Leonardo Da Vinci. The three main building span a massive 12,000 square feet. It is one of the busiest museums in the United States.

Where do you even begin? We’ve curated the collection to show not only the highlights (and the salacious stories of how they got there,) but we will show you some of the little known pieces that have absolutely mind blowing stories. It’s an alternative spin on this massive space. We promise you will have an active, fun, an engaging tour, that will change the way you think about the National Gallery of Art.
