Meet Moira, an awesome member of our marketing team! Check out our interview with Moira to find out what museums she loves and why being a wolf would be awesome.
MH: Why did you apply to work with Museum Hack?
Moira: I’d been watching Museum Hack movements for a while via Twitter (and just in general) before I applied to work here. I just thought the work they were doing was SO AWESOME plus I loved those Friday Art Mashups.
MH: Tell us about one of your favorite Museum Hack experiences.
Moira: I’ve been here less than a month, but so far the LIVE Facebook Tour (for employees) by Mark and Zak. It was a super fun way to give us remote-workers a glimpse into what the tours are like!
MH: What’s a fun fact that most people don’t know about you?
Moira: I probably couldn’t survive without the internet (for an extended period of time) BUT I think I was born in the wrong century. I know that makes zero sense.
MH: If you had to be trapped in the Museum overnight, what would you do?
Moira: I would probably walk/dance around the museum with my headphones on, chill with some statues, and then camp-out at a super cool exhibit.
MH: If you could work at any museum, which one would you choose?
Moira: It’s always been my dream to work at the British Library or the Bronte Parsonage Museum.
MH: If you were to be reincarnated as an animal, which would it be and why?
Moira: Probably a wolf. Two of my favorite books as a child were: “The Wolves of Willoughby Chase” by Joan Aiken and “The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig” by Eugene Trivizas. Do you see the theme? I just really love wolves. Also, group howling? Yes, please.
