On Monday night, Jan 27 2015, we hosted a cocktail party at the DIY headquarters in the Mission district of San Francisco, California.

Over 40 people from area Museums showed up, including friends from:

  • SF MoMA
  • De Young
  • Legion of Honor
  • Asian Art Museum
  • Contemporary Jewish Museum
  • California Historical Society
  • Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco
  • Bay Area Discovery Museum

We had networking time, storytelling activities, some examples of our Museum Hack art conversations, an interactive game using smartphones and artwork, and a special song at the end. Plus lots of wine and beer.

Here are some photos from the event:

This was our first public event in San Francisco, and we loved meeting and visiting people. With any luck, we’ll be back very soon.
