Walk in the footsteps of the gods…with Museum Hack!

On select dates in April, May, and June, we’ll be uncovering the hidden stories of the ancient city of Dion as we explore the exhibition, Gods and Mortals at Olympus: Ancient Dion, City of Zeus at the Onassis Cultural Center NY  And we’d love for you to join us!

This incredible exhibition is packed with artworks and artifacts recovered from the city of Dion in northern Greece.  Once known as the City of Zeus, this city has revealed vast archaeological treasures and knowledge.  It has also given us glimpses into the daily lives of Ancient Greeks – and the inspirations behind their incredible mythology – unlike any ever found before.  Even better – this is the first time these artifacts have visited the U.S.!

We’ll be holding special tours every other Friday from April until June to discover the amazing backstories and juicy gossip uncovered at Dion.  You’ll not only see the amazing artifacts uncovered, but also hear about the lives of Ancient Greeks who would have visited the site, the insane stories surrounding the gods who live just a few miles away at Mt. Olympus (totally real mountain!), and how these artifacts made it from Greece all the way to NYC.

All hands in for Gods and Mortals

Our expedition through Dion includes:

  • Super-sparkly marble.
  • Proof of Ancient Greek power plays etched in stone.
  • A Create-Your-Own-Diety-Club game specifically made for this exhibit.
  • “4th Century Greeks: They’re Just Like Us” stops and thought-provoking questions.
  • Artifacts and artworks that were pulled out of the ground less than six months ago.

We recently held our first tours of this incredible exhibition at the Onassis Cultural Center in New York City in late March – and our guests loved it!

Are you ready to walk in the footsteps of the gods to uncover the new, awesome stories of Ancient Greece?  Tickets are limited:
