We’re thrilled to announce that Carly Syms has been promoted to VIP + Marketing Manager!
In this role, Carly will be overseeing VIP customer services operation and marketing teams on a daily basis. She’ll also be driving new marketing efforts as we expand our tour operations and ensuring seamless tour operations for our private and corporate clients.
Carly has been a fearless leader for team marketing and has been a huge part of making sure that our marketing and customer service teams function smoothly, especially as we aim to
take over the world make Museum Hack a household name.
Here’s what Carly had to say about her new role:
“I’m so excited to continue helping Museum Hack grow. I absolutely love what we do here every day and I’m so lucky to be in a position that lets me spread the word of Museum Hack to as many people as possible.”
Carly’s supervisor, Michael Alexis, is also thrilled about her promotion. In Michael’s words:
“Carly is like a superhero manager of team marketing that wields great power with great responsibility. I appreciate and value her perspective on every part of our business: from how to reach more guests, to setting goals for our team, to overcoming staff challenges, to best methods of training and more. Carly is a smart, positive, objective and talented colleague – I’m proud to work with her.”
Carly got her BA from the University of Wisconsin in Communication and Political Science and her Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Here are three things you probably didn’t know about Carly:
- She’s published eight (!!!) young adult novels.
- She rescues boxers and pitbulls in need in Arizona.*
- She’s had gray hair since high school.
