Museum Hack: Why did you apply to work with Museum Hack?

I had been looking for a job I could be really passionate about, and I have always had a thing for museums. At one point, I planned to get a Masters in Museum Studies! I’ve spent most of my career thus far working in customer service, so when a Customer Service Representative position opened up at Museum Hack, it seemed like a perfect fit!

Museum Hack: Tell us about one of your favorite Museum Hack experiences.

I’m really new, but I love how enthusiastic everyone is about what they are doing!

Museum Hack: What’s a fun fact that most people don’t know about you?

I’ve climbed three mountains: Mt. Washington in New Hampshire, Mt. Katahdin in Maine and another mountain in Vermont whose name I do not remember.

Museum Hack: If you had to be trapped in the Museum overnight, what would you do?

I love history so I would meticulously read all the info plaques without feeling like I was holding anyone up. Also, touch a really expensive piece of art!  

Museum Hack: If you could work at any other museum, which one would you choose?

Could I spend every week for a year working at every museum in Lonely Planet’s 50 Museums to Blow Your Mind and then pick?

Museum Hack: If you were to be reincarnated as an animal, which would it be and why?

I think a deep sea creature so I could see the depths of the ocean. Maybe a whale?
